Team Settings
Team Settings is where team owners can manage account-wide settings for branding, form URLs, integrations, and customization. These settings apply across all forms by default and help centralize control for your workspace.
Note: Only Team Owners can view and update Team Settings.
How to Access Team Settings
To open team settings:
- Click your team name in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.
- Select Team Settings from the dropdown menu.
- You’ll land on the Settings tab, with other settings accessible from the sidebar.
Available Settings in the Sidebar
Inside Team Settings, the left-hand sidebar contains several sections that help you manage your workspace at the team level:
Settings: Manage core team details:
- Change your team name
- Customize your form URL slug. Update the default slug to reflect your brand. This will apply to all forms in your account.
Example: https://forms.reform.app/[your-slug]/your-form
- Invite and manage team members. See who’s on your team and whether they are owners or non-owners. Pro plan only
Billing: View and manage your subscription plan, billing details, and payment method. Only visible to team owners.
Branding: Configure your team’s default logo, button and text colors. This also includes layout elements like the progress bar and navigation, applied across forms by default.
