Branding Settings Overview

Branding settings control the visual style of your forms, including your logo, button and text colors, progress bar, and navigation. These settings help you align forms with your brand and create a consistent, trustworthy experience for your audience.

You can set branding at two levels:

  • Team-level, which applies by default across all forms.
  • Form-level, where individual forms can override the defaults if needed.

Note: Branding options set in Team Settings apply to all forms by default. However, they can be overridden on individual forms if needed.

Access Branding Settings

Team-Level Branding (For Team Owners Only)

To set branding that applies across all forms:

  1. Go to your Reform dashboard.
  2. Open Team Settings from the dropdown in the bottom-left corner.
  3. Navigate to the Branding tab.

Branding Options

Visual Identity

  • Upload a Logo: Drag and drop or upload a logo image to appear on your forms.

Recommended sizes: 32px, 40px, or 48px high. Max height: 48px.

  • Choose Logo Size: Select from small, medium, or large depending on your layout needs.

  • Set Primary Button Color: Enter a HEX code to define the default background color of all form buttons.
  • Set Button Text Color: Choose the text color that will appear on top of your buttons.

Layout & Navigation

  • Show Progress Bar: Toggle the progress bar on or off for multi-page forms. When enabled, it appears above the form and can display page numbers, custom labels, or no labels at all.
  • Hide navigation: Toggle whether users can navigate between pages using back/next arrows. These appear in a fixed position at the bottom-left of the form and can’t be restyled unlike the progress bar.
  • Show 'Save Progress' Button: Allow users to save their place and return later.

All changes will apply automatically to any form that doesn't have custom branding set.

Override Branding Per Form

You can override the default branding on a per-form basis useful when tailoring a form to a specific campaign or audience.

To customize branding for a specific form:

  1. Open the form you want to edit.
  2. Click on Form Settings in the top-right corner.
  3. Scroll to the Form Branding section.

From here, you can:

  • Replace or remove the team logo for this form
  • Set a custom Primary Button Color
  • Set a custom Button Text Color

If no override is applied, the team-level branding will be used automatically.

Summary

Reform’s branding settings help you create a consistent, on-brand experience across your forms. You can manage these settings at two levels:

  • Team-level branding sets shared defaults for all forms, including logo, button colors, progress bar, navigation, and save options.
  • Form-level overrides let you customize branding for specific use cases, such as tailored campaigns or audience-specific forms.

If you need more control over visual styling, you can apply custom CSS to fine-tune layout, typography, and form elements.
