Embedding Calendly calendars in your forms

Embedding Calendly calendars in your forms and Thank You pages allows users to easily schedule appointments without leaving the page. This seamless integration improves user experience, reduces friction in the scheduling process, and increases the likelihood of confirmed appointments. By embedding a Calendly calendar directly, users can book a meeting in just a few clicks, saving time and eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails.

Embedding a Calendly Calendar in a Form

Decide where to place the calendar: on an input page or a thank you page.

Step 1: Add the Calendly Calendar Embed Block

• Navigate to the Form tab.
• (Optional) If you need to collect user information, add a Name block and an Email block to an input page.
• Click Save to store your changes.
• The calendar will appear on the page where the block is located.

Step 2: Add the Calendly Calendar Embed Block to the Outcome Page (Thank you page)

• Go to the Outcome Page settings.
• Select Add Block and choose Calendly Calendar Embed.

Step 3: Get and Embed the Calendly Calendar URL

Get the Calendly Calendar URL. 

• Open your Calendly account and find the event you want to embed.
• Copy the Shareable Link.

• Return to Reform and paste the copied Calendly URL into the Calendly Calendar Embed block.
• Click Embed to finalize the integration.

The embedded calendar will appear on the page where the block is placed, allowing users to select a time without leaving the form.

Step 4: Save and Preview

• Click Save Changes.
• Preview your form to ensure the embedded calendar displays and functions correctly.

Final Workflow

Step 1: Users enter their name and email address (if applicable). This ensures that the information is automatically prefilled when they reach the Calendly booking page.

Step 2: They select an available meeting time using the Calendly calendar.

Step 3: The name and email fields will be prefilled on the Calendly form. Users can provide additional information if needed.

At the end of these steps, your form will display an embedded Calendly calendar, making scheduling effortless for users. This integration enhances efficiency by enabling instant appointment booking, keeping everything within the form flow.
