Notion

Integrating your Reform with Notion streamlines how you manage and organize form submissions. By sending form responses directly to a Notion database, you can centralize your data, making it easier to track, analyze, and collaborate within your existing Notion workspace. This integration helps you stay organized and efficient, enhancing your overall workflow.

Find the Notion Integration

  • Locate the "Integrations" option on the left side of the dashboard and click on it.
  • Scroll down until you find the Notion integration options.

You have two options to integrate with Notion:

Option A: Using Zapier

  • Click on the Zapier option next to the Notion integration.
  • Follow the prompts provided by Zapier to set up and enable the integration.

Option B: Manual Integration

  • Click on "Add integration" next to the Notion integration.
  • This will open the Notion Integration page.
  1. Authorize Access
  • On the Notion Integration page, you’ll see an "Authorize Reform" CTA. Click on it to proceed.
  • Grant Access to Notion:
    • A window will appear, requesting access to your Notion account information.
    • Click on "Select pages" to choose the specific pages you want our platform to access.

  • It’s recommended that you create a dedicated page in Notion beforehand, where all your form submissions will be stored.
  1. Complete the Setup:
    • After selecting the desired page, click on “Allow access” which will complete the authorization.

  • The Notion window will automatically close, and you’ll be redirected back to the Notion integration page on Reform.

Your Notion integration is now set up. You’ll start receiving new form submissions directly into your selected Notion database.
