Google Sheets
Our Google Sheets integration allows you to automatically capture form submissions in a Google Sheet, making data management easier. You can set up this integration either through Zapier or directly from our platform. Follow the steps below to get started:
Find Google Sheets Integration
- Locate the "Integrations" option on the left side of the dashboard and click on it.
- Scroll down until you find the Google Sheets integration options.
You have two options to integrate with Google Sheets:
Option A: Using Zapier
- Click on the Zapier option next to Google Sheets.
- Follow the prompts provided by Zapier to set up and enable the integration.
Option B: Manual Integration
- Click on "Add integration" next to Google Sheets.
- This will open the Google Sheets Integration page.
- Authorize the Connection
- On the Google Sheets Integration page, click the "Authorize Reform" button.
- Follow the steps to authorize the connection and grant Reform the necessary permissions.
- Confirm the Connection
- After authorizing the connection, you will be redirected back to the Google Sheets Integration page on our platform.
- You should see a confirmation message indicating that the connection is successful.
- You will also see a name for the Google Sheet that will be automatically created for your form as soon as someone submits it (e.g., Reform: Early Access).
- Managing the Integration
- To view the newly created sheet, go to your Google Sheets homepage. You can search for it by name in the search bar at the top.
- Once the integration is enabled, every form submission will automatically create a new row in the designated Google Sheet. The sheet will capture all form responses, including the date and time of submission.
- Toggle Integration On/Off
- You can easily enable or disable the Google Sheets integration by switching the toggle next to the integration option on the Integrations page.
