How to Create a Support Ticket

Once you're on our platform, look for the "Help" option on the left side of your screen.

  1. Access Instant Answers: Clicking on "Help" will open a chat on the right side, where you’ll first see Instant Answers—a collection of short answers to frequently asked questions.
  2. Search for Answers: If you need more information, use the search field at the bottom of the chat to find relevant topics.

  1. Ask Our Support Team: Can’t find what you’re looking for? No problem! Click on the "Ask" option at the top of the chat. Type in your question with as many details as possible and hit "Send a message."

  1. Get a Response: Our team will receive your message and respond as quickly as possible. You can view your past conversations in the chat under "Previous conversations."
  2. Alternatively, you can simply send us an email at [email protected] with your questions or concerns, and our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
