Managing Billing

(Pro Plan Only) Managing billing is an essential feature that allows you to keep track of your subscription, update payment methods, and access invoice history. Here's how you can efficiently manage your billing on our platform:

Accessing the Billing Page

  1. Navigate to the Teams Page:
    • Click on the team name located at the bottom left corner of the page.
    • Click on “Team settings” to be redirected to the settings page for this team. 
    • If you want to manage another one of your teams, select that team and then click on "Team settings" to go to the settings page for that team.
  2. Access the Billing Option:
    • On the left side of the teams page, you will see two options: Teams and Billing.
    • Click on the Billing option to be taken to the billing page.

Update or Cancel Your Plan:

  • On the billing page, you will see a section for your current plan.
  • To update your plan, click on the "Update plan" CTA.
    • This will display all available plan options.
    • Choose the desired plan and click "Select".
    • Follow the prompts to complete the payment process.
  • To cancel your plan, click on the "Cancel plan" CTA located at the top right of the page under the "Update plan" button.

Add or Delete Payment Methods:

  • You can add new payment methods by clicking on the "Add payment method" button.
  • To delete a payment method, click on the 3 dots next to the one you want to remove and select Delete. This is only possible if you have several payment methods. 
  • You can also set a default card by clicking on the 3 dots next to the desired card and selecting the "Make default" option.

Update Billing Information:

  • In the billing information section, you can update your details such as your billing address and contact information.
  • Click on the "Update information" button, make the necessary changes, and save.

Track Your Invoices:

  • At the bottom of the billing page, you will find the invoice history section.
  • Here, you can view and download past invoices for your records.
