How to Delete Your Account

We understand that there might come a time when you want to delete or cancel your account on our platform. While we currently do not offer a way for users to delete their accounts directly through the website, we have made it simple for you to reach out to us for assistance.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Contact Support
   • Send an email to our support team at [email protected]
   • In the subject line, please include: "Account Deletion Request"
   • In the body of the email, provide the following information:
     • The email address associated with your account
     • A brief explanation of why you want to delete your account (optional)
2. Confirmation of Your Request
   • Once we receive your email, our support team will review your request. 
   • After verifying your request, we will proceed with deleting your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

Important Notes

• Data Retention: Deleting your account will remove all your data from our platform, including all forms you have created. This action is irreversible, and your data cannot be recovered once the account is deleted.
• Reactivation: If you change your mind after your account has been deleted, you will need to create a new account as reactivation of a deleted account is not possible.
