Embedding rich media in your form

Embedding rich media such as tweets, videos, or calendars (e.g., HubSpot, Calendly) into your forms enhances user interaction by allowing direct engagement with the content. Our platform simplifies this with the "Embed" field, supporting various oEmbed-compatible content.

Here's how to do it:

Go to the Embedding Step and Add Embed Block:

• Decide if you want to embed the media on the same step as other questions or on a separate step.
• Navigate to the step where you want the media to appear.
• Click on "Add form block."
• Scroll down and select the "Embed" option.

Get the Media URL and Embed the Media:

• Obtain the URL of the media you want to embed from the relevant platform.
• Paste the media URL into the Embed field on the form builder page.
• Click the "Embed" button. The media will appear on the page where the Embed block is located.

Save and Preview:

• Click "Save changes."
• Preview the form to ensure the embedded media works as expected.
• If needed, remove the media by clicking on the gear icon on the left of the embed block.

Embedding Media on Thank You Pages

The steps for embedding media on a Thank You page are similar to those for the form:

• Access the Thank You page via "Outcome" in the form builder, and add the "Embed" block. Paste the calendar URL, and click "Embed." Finally, save and preview to ensure it displays correctly.
