(Pro Plan Only) Integrating your forms with HubSpot allows you to seamlessly add or update contacts, companies, or deals in HubSpot whenever someone submits your form. Follow these steps to set up and manage the HubSpot integration.
Step 1: Add the HubSpot Integration
- In the form editor, find the "Integrations" option on the left-hand side menu and click on it.
- Once on the integrations page, you will see a list of all currently available integrations.
- Locate the HubSpot integration in the list.
- Click on the "Add integration" button next to HubSpot. This will open the HubSpot integration setup page.
Step 2: Connect to HubSpot
- On the HubSpot integration setup page, click the "Connect to HubSpot" button.
- This will redirect you to the HubSpot sign-in page.
Step 3: Sign In to HubSpot
- If you already have a HubSpot account, enter your credentials and sign in.
- If you don’t have a HubSpot account, follow the prompts to create a new account.
Step 4: Follow HubSpot Instructions
- After signing in, follow the instructions provided by HubSpot to complete the integration process.
- You might need to grant permissions or set up specific preferences for the integration.
Step 5: Manage the Integration
- Once the integration is set up, you can control whether it is turned on or off from the Integrations page in your form editor.
- To toggle the integration on or off, use the switch on the right side next to the HubSpot integration.
Step 6: Configure the Integration
Managing and configuring your HubSpot integration allows you to map specific form blocks to HubSpot properties, ensuring that the data collected from your forms is accurately captured in HubSpot.
Here’s how to do it:
- Access the Integration Configuration:
- On the Integrations page, click on the gear icon on the right side of the HubSpot integration.
- Configure Contact Mapping:
- In the Contact configuration menu, you will see options to map form blocks to HubSpot contact properties.
- Select the form block you want to map (e.g., Email, Name, Phone).
- Choose the corresponding HubSpot property from the dropdown menu (e.g., Email Address, First Name, Phone Number).
- Configure Company Mapping (Optional):
- Click on "Configure company".
- This will open a section where you can map form blocks to HubSpot company properties.
- Select the form block you want to map (e.g., Company Name, Industry).
- Choose the corresponding HubSpot company property from the dropdown menu (e.g., Company Name, Industry).
- Configure Deal Mapping (Optional):
- Click on "Configure deal".
- This will open a section where you can map form blocks to HubSpot deal properties.
- Select the form block you want to map (e.g., Deal Name, Deal Amount).
- Choose the corresponding HubSpot deal property from the dropdown menu (e.g., Deal Name, Amount).
- Review and Adjust Mappings:
- Review all the mappings to ensure they are correctly set up.
- Make any necessary adjustments to ensure all relevant data is captured.
Step 7: Enable Tracking
- To enable tracking check the “Enable tracking” check-box.
- Our platform can capture the hubspotutk value from the cookies on the page (if available).
- To prevent submissions from being flagged as bots, add reform.app to your analytics tracking site domain list.

Step 8: Save Your Configuration
- After making any changes, ensure you click on "Save integration" at the bottom of the page to apply your configurations.
Tips for Managing Your Integration
- Monitor Data Flow: Regularly check your HubSpot account to ensure that the data from your forms is being correctly captured.
- Adjust Settings as Needed: You can return to the Integrations page at any time to adjust the settings or reauthorize the connection if needed.
