How to download form responses

Follow these steps to download a CSV file containing the responses from your form:


  1. Open the Form: Start by accessing the form whose responses you want to download.
  2. Navigate to Responses: On the left side of your screen, click on "Responses" to view all the responses submitted.


  1. Download CSV: Click the "Download CSV" button located at the top right corner of the page. This will automatically start the download of a CSV file containing both complete and, for Pro account holders, incomplete responses to your computer.


Troubleshooting Download Issues

If you encounter problems while downloading your CSV file, consider the following:

  • Internet Connection: Ensure your internet connection is stable, as a poor connection can interrupt the download process.
  • Browser Extensions: Disable any browser extensions or add-ons temporarily. These can interfere with the download functionality.
  • Browser Restart: Sometimes, simply restarting your browser can resolve download issues due to temporary glitches.
  • Browser Compatibility: Use a different browser if your current one is incompatible or experiencing issues with the download process.
  • File Size: Large files can strain browser or server capabilities. If the CSV file is exceptionally large, contact us to manually generate and send the CSV file directly to your email.


How to Retrieve Files Uploaded to Your Form

To access files uploaded through your form:

  • Download Individually: You can download files one at a time directly from the form responses.
  • Download via CSV: Alternatively, download a CSV that includes links to the uploaded files. You will need to click each link separately to download the individual files.
