Managing Teams

This guide will help you:

  • Create new teams
  • Invite and manage team members
  • Navigate between teams
  • Access team-level settings and permissions

Switching Between Teams

To switch to a different team:

  1. In the bottom-left corner of your dashboard, click your current team name.
  2. A dropdown will appear showing all the teams you’re part of.
  3. Click the team you want to access.

Accessing Team Settings

You can manage members, billing, and customization from the Team Settings panel.

To access it:

    1. Click the team name in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.
    2. Select Team Settings from the dropdown.

Once inside, you’ll see a left-hand sidebar with the following sections:

    • Settings – Team name, URL slug, and member management
    • Billing – Subscription plan and payment details (owners only)
    • Branding – Logo, colors, and layout defaults (Pro)
    • CSS – Global custom styles (Pro)
    • Enrichment – Connect data enrichment tools (Pro)


Changing the Team Name

  1. On the Team Settings page, find the Name field (it’s the first one).
  2. Enter the new name for your team.
  3. Click Update name to save changes.

Customizing the Team URL Slug (Pro plan only)

You can update your team’s default slug to personalize your form URLs. For example, to group forms by brand or content type.

How it works:

This team-level slug acts like a category that applies to all forms in the team.

Example:

  • reform.app/content/download-ebook
  • reform.app/content/watch-webinar

    In this case, /content/ is the slug.

⚠️ This is different from the slug you set on individual forms.

To update the team slug:

  1. Find the Customize your form URL field in Team Settings.
  2. Enter your desired slug.
  3. Click Update slug to apply changes.

Inviting Team Members (Pro plan only):

To add someone to your team:

  1. Click the Invite a new team member button.
  2. Enter the person’s email address.
  3. Click Invite to send them an email with a join link.

Once a team member accepts the invite:

  • Their name and email will appear in the Team members list.

To remove someone:

  • Click the trash bin icon next to their name.

Pending invites:

  • Below the member list, you’ll see a Pending invitations section for users who haven’t accepted yet.
