Managing Teams & Team Members

This document will help you understand how to navigate team settings, create and manage teams, and invite team members. Important Note: Only the owner of a team can update the team settings.

Accessing Team Settings

  1. Selecting a Team to Edit:
    • On the bottom left corner of the page, click on the team name.
    • A dropdown will appear showing all the teams you are a part of.
    • From the dropdown, select the team you want to manage.

Managing Team Settings

  • Accessing Team Settings:
    • Once you are on your desired team page, click again on the team name at the bottom left corner.
    • From the dropdown, select the "Team settings" option.
    • This will open the Team Settings page where you can manage your team and billing.
  • Changing the Team Name:
    • On the Team Settings page, locate the Name field (the first field on the page)
    • Enter the new name you want for your team.
    • Click on the "Update name" button to save the changes.
  • Customizing the Team URL Slug:

You can modify the slug if you want to include your brand name in the unique form URL or manage multiple forms within a single category. This will change the URL for all forms you create under this team.

Note that this customization is different from the form-specific slug you can set for each individual form. This is more like a category slug that applies to every form created under this team. For example reform.app/content/download-ebook ; reform.app/content/watch-webinar where /content/ is the category.

You can personalize it in the "Customize your form URL" field.

    • Enter the desired URL change in the field.
    • Click on the "Update slug" button below the field to apply the changes.

Inviting Team Members:

    • Click on the "Invite a new team member" button.
    • Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
    • Click on "Invite" to send an email with instructions to the invitee.

Managing Team Members:

    • After the invitation is accepted, the new team member's name and email will appear under "Team members".
    • To remove a team member, click on the bin icon next to their name.
    • Below the "Team members" section, you will find "Pending invitations". Here you can see the names of users who have been invited but haven't yet accepted the invitation.

Creating a New Team

  • Click on the "Create new team" button in the team dropdown.
  • Enter the name for your new team and click on “Create team”.
  • Once created, you will be automatically assigned as the owner of the new team.
  • You will now see your newly created team listed in the team dropdown.
