How to import logo and image specifications

Reform offers you the option to add a logo to your forms. The logo will be positioned on the upper left corner of your form and will be visible on each step.

To import a logo on your forms, first you need to create a new form, or open an already existing one so you can add the logo to it. You can start by visiting the All forms page. From there you can either choose a form you want to add your logo to, or click on the “Create form” button at the bottom of the page to create a new form.

Once you have your form opened you need to click on “Form settings” located at the top right corner of the page:

Once you click on “Form settings,” a menu will expand on the right side of your screen. Look for the “Logo” section there. You can upload your logo by clicking on the field and choosing the image, or simply dragging and dropping the logo onto the field.

After you do that, your logo will appear on the field and on the form itself. You will also get the option to choose the logo size (small, medium, or large). It’s important to note that the image height is limited to a max of 48px. So if you observe an error or your image gets resized when you upload it, please try to make the image either 32, 40 or 48px high. Then it might look better.

After you have adjusted your logo and are happy with it, don’t forget to click on the “Save changes” button at the bottom of the menu to make sure your logo will be saved.

That’s it! You’ve got it!
